There may be a few reasons why you can not connect to the bootloader. Provided below are a few ways to try to fix this issue. If none of these seem to fix the issue, please contact support@motivmotorsport.com for further assistance.
- Make sure the cable you are using is a data cable and not a charge only that comes with most toys and cheaper electronics
- Make sure the bootloader program is running prior to the Reflex powering on.
- Use only 1 program at a time. Either TunerPro or bootloader, never both at once.
- If the bootloader still wont connect unplug and replug the main Reflex connector (keep USB plugged into the computer and Reflex), if it connects then, you must rewire the power to a 12v ignition switched source.
